Shawls

Shawls

Shawls are some of my favorites because they are fun to weave and so versatile to wear. As with my other products, these shawls are mostly woven of natural fibers like cotton, silk, wool and alpaca. However, recently I have been working with some of the more interesting and wearable newer fibers like tencel and bamboo, and I hope to try some soy silk soon. If you are looking for elegance, check out some of the silk shawls. Often the cottons are a bit more casual, but certain styles and colors can be pretty dressy, as well. They come in different lengths and weights, so browse the shawl pages and see what might be right for you.  I have washed all my shawls before I sell them, so they are washable and ready to wear.  Individual instructions will be on the hang tags.

The P9 shawls are woven with a beautiful ripply cotton yarn (it’s called Queen Anne’s lace) that has continued to be popular over the years.  They only come in the natural cotton color, and this is so usable as it matches almost anything.
